JSE-listed technology company Altron has sold Altron Document Solutions and its Eastern Cape subsidiary Genbiz as a going concern to Xerotech. Xerotech is a subsidiary of Bi-Africa Investment Holdings. Altron delivers solid performance in challenging environment
JSE-listed technology company Altron has announced its interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2021, which saw revenue up by two percent to R3.5 billion. The company saw cash generated from operations up 79% to R527 million and an interim dividend of seven cents per share declared. Headline earnings per share increased 238% to 11 cents per share, while operating free cash flow of R81 million was up by more than 742%.
