  • Financial calendar and market communications – our role for clients ranges from preparing media releases to working with them on presentation creation and Q&As, to investor research on expectations, logistics on webcasts or conference calls, invitation and RSVP process and managing all interviews.
  • M&As – we assist both listed and unlisted companies to support public offers or help them defend against hostile takeover bids. Post-merger and acquisition, Corporate Image assists management and employees with change management.
  • Listings/IPOs – Corporate Image formulates and then proactively distributes material that enhances key messages to help our clients to a successful full subscription listing. We provide carefully planned advice before, during and after a listing and help executives prepare for engagement. We provide advice on how a company should communicate with the investor community and the media post-listing. We also assist in change management for employees after a listing should the need arise.
