We recommend all executives from all fields attend this session including teams from the company’s operational, legal, financial and communications divisions.
The simulation, which can be recorded on audio or video, focus on specific scenarios identified in the playbook, with a focus on both communications and operational aspects, providing a strong gauge of the team’s ability to manage communications to time constraints; execute on critical tasks; respond to multiple escalations of the crisis with interjections; and craft messaging and materials aimed at minimising exposure to any reputation harm.
A written post-simulation assessment by Corporate Image will identify performance strengths by the executive and areas for improvement.
